We are uniquely equipped to fulfill our roles as wife, mother, daughter, friend, employee, and employer; however, we often do so at the expense of our own emotional wellness. It is my desire to walk with women through a process of healing and empowerment to live life to the full.

Life to the full...

As a school counselor and educator for three decades working with children and families, I found that women do so much for so many yet often do not take time to care for themselves. I fully understand the "pull" from all directions to be everything to everyone; therefore, in sessions, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Techniques to teach women to capture every thought and to progress towards personalized goals that can coexist with the many responsibilities each may have. Through a process of self-awareness, growth, and healing, I believe each client can be equipped and empowered to fulfill her many varied roles while walking in her purpose. As an Associate Licensed Counselor, I am under the supervision of Dr. Deborah Grant, LPC-S.
